WellSkate AI PC app enters beta on macOS and Windows — available to customers during pre-launch
Tokyo — July 27, 2026 — WellSkate Co., Ltd. today announced the beta release of the WellSkate AI PC app for macOS and Windows.
The desktop app brings WellSkate AI’s enterprise AI platform closer to everyday work — so teams can build, run, and collaborate with custom AI agents without leaving their primary computer environment. During this pre-launch phase, the app is not available as a public download. We are providing it directly to customers as we refine the experience with real usage.
Why a PC app
Most enterprise work still happens on a laptop or desktop. Chat, documents, browsers, and internal systems already live there. A dedicated WellSkate AI app lets people stay in that flow: open the platform, work with agents, and return to the tools they already use — with less friction than switching only through the browser.
For teams adopting custom AI agents and Agentic Workflows, that matters. Adoption improves when AI sits beside the work, not in a separate destination that people forget to open.
What beta means
This is an early release. Core flows are ready for customer use, and we expect the experience to evolve quickly based on feedback from the teams using it every day.
In beta, customers can:
- Use WellSkate AI on macOS and Windows through a native desktop app
- Access the platform’s agents, knowledge, and workflows from the desktop
- Share practical feedback that shapes the public release
Features, packaging, and distribution will continue to improve as we move from pre-launch toward broader availability.
Pre-launch access
As part of pre-launch, WellSkate AI is distributing the PC app directly to customers. If your organization already uses WellSkate AI — or is preparing a pilot — your WellSkate AI contact can arrange access for Mac and Windows users on your team.
We are intentionally keeping distribution close during beta so we can support setup, gather focused feedback, and harden the experience before a wider rollout.
What we want to learn
Customer feedback in this phase will guide what comes next. We are especially interested in:
- How the app fits into daily desktop workflows
- Where setup, sign-in, or updates can be simpler
- Which agent and workflow moments feel strongest on desktop versus the browser
- What security, IT, and rollout needs matter most for enterprise teams
If something feels slow, unclear, or missing, tell us. That input is the point of beta.

The PC app is one more step in making WellSkate AI practical where work already happens — alongside collaboration tools, knowledge sources, and the systems teams already rely on.
We will continue refining the Mac and Windows experience with customers through pre-launch, then expand availability as the product matures.
